Most incorporation services charge $150 to $300 to help you incorporate or form your LLC. When you sign up for our program, we will draw up your corporation or LLC paperwork at no extra charge (free). All you pay for is your state's filing fee. |
1. Choose what state you would like to incorporate under. 99% of the time, people choose the state that they live in – that is the least complicated and most straightforward thing to do. In other words, if you live and work in Arizona, you of course get an Arizona Corp or an Arizona LLC. This is what we recommend in almost every case. However, if you are still thinking you want to file in another state, please read "My state or not my state?"
2. Choose whether you'd like a Corporation or an LLC. If you can't decide, read "Which type of entity should I choose?"
3. Choose the name you'd like to file (the name of your company) and check the name by typing it into the secretary of state's website and seeing if the same or a similar name comes up.
4. Sign up for our business credit building program by clicking here, and we will create and email you the LLC or Corporation paperwork in 1 to 2 business days with no extra charge. You simply sign the paperwork and drop it in the mail with a check made out to the secretary of state. We will tell you how much the fee is and exactly where to mail it. In a couple of weeks, you'll have your stamped paperwork back from the state and you'll be building credit for your new company.
