Not valid for current clients or those who have signed up previously. In order to be sent a gift certificate for dinner, you must telephone us regarding business credit for the first time after the restart of the promotion, which occurred June 3rd, 2010 and before the promotion end (June 30th, 2010) and give us valid contact information (name, address, phone number, email address). You will be sent a Dinner Reimbursement Gift Certificate valid for UP TO $50.00. You must mail in the completed gift certificate with a valid receipt, and you will be reimbursed up to $50.00 for your dinner. Certificate is valid for reimbursement of ONE meal you have paid for at ONE of the following restaurants: Olive Garden, Chile’s, Macaroni Grill. Restaurant visit must occur after date certificate is issued. The certificate and receipt must then be sent into and received by program administrator no later than July 31st, 2010.
